I understand such things might exist for some like me with a concept, a base vehicle, but little experience to get from here to there. I will need to build big wheels, modify the frame/dropouts of our 6-person pedal car, maybe even radically alter the frame since I prefer recumbents to uprights. I have friends who can help but want to be able to direct and contribute to the project (I want to do the wheels, at least).
Suggestions?

May not help you much for a Playa-only vehicle.
