Same general idea as the other one, one steering wheel, one tracking wheel and one drive wheel. This one works a little better than the tall one, but has other issues... onward! See you in the Dust!

Surfboard bike

Spotted on the boardwalk in Spring Lake NJ early today. Presumably used to tote a surfboard on top (several surfers were out in the ocean). Made of steel, small square tubing and channel, welded to bike frame. Playa potential.

Besides Scotty's big trike, this was the coolest bike on the playa in my opinion. Most trick was that the head section slides forward revealing the two front seats. Once you're in, it slides shut around you to make a sealed cockpit! I forgot the guy's name, but he was really cool. It was his first burn too. He said his friends had been telling him for years he was crazy for not bringing his bikes to BM and he finally did it.
